Service Description

This course reviews the research on contemporary leadership models and styles. Participants are then guided to reflect on leadership in their own school context and to reflect on their own approach to leadership. Individual mentoring sessions will help candidates to identify areas for their leadership development and produce a plan to work towards clear goals and targets.
